Hi,This is a perfectly normal phenomenon, resulting from the effects as described by Paul Joppa below. Loading the transformer might help reduce this, but will result in worse sound trough your speakers IME, as unloaded transformers sound best.
From my 'guru' Andy Grove: "Ideally, the transformer secondary is left unloaded, i.e. there is no "damping resistor" put across it to cut ringing. An unloaded transformer sounds better and it gives the driver valve a higher impedance load."
