Favorite output transformers?

I have been somewhat perplexed by not hearing much difference in sound between the low voltage SE 845 amp I have bread boarded and my SE 300B main system amp. Then this morning it finally dawned on me that the 300B has a nice pair of Magnequest FS-030 outputs in it and the 845 has a pair of Hammond 125ese outputs. That makes me wonder how the 845 would sound with comparable output transformers.
Wanted to do a quick survey of what you folks consider your favorite output tranny in the 5K primary catagory in particular, and overall in general, to give me some ideas on where to look in addition to Magnequest.
