Unless I'm missing someting, the schematic as drawn will not work, the HT is "grounded" at the KT88 cathode via a 750 ohm resistor. Also, 6SL7, even paralleled would have a really high plate resistance, not sure about the IT, but I'm guessing this is not going to sound the best.
