FT-3 and Rike PIO caps

Parts Connexion currently sells the following caps:

1) Russian Military NOS
FT-3 (0.22uf 600V)
Teflon Film & Aluminum Foil Capacitors

http://www.partsconnexion.com/capacitor_film_russian_ft3.html
and
2) Rike Paper in Oil,
Aluminum Foil Capacitors (0.22 VDC and 0.47uf 600VDC for my other project)

http://www.partsconnexion.com/capacitor_film_rike.html

I am wondering whether:
1) the Russian FT-3 caps could cure the boring sound (irrespective of tubes used) of my Cary SLI-80 amplifier which mostly collects dust) (the current caps are Jensen PIO 0.22 uf 600VDC); and

2) Rike Paper in Oil are good capacitors and I can try their 0.22uf caps with Cary and 0.47uf 600VDC as coupling caps in my Image 34i integrated amp?

All recommendations and opinions will be highly appreciated.
