where is the need for a schematic?
20V of bias and 40ma of current sets your cathode resistor at 500 ohms... dump a 100uf lytic across it and you have a start
glue a cap or IT coupled front end on it with a 6SN7 or whatever and start having fun.
copying other peoples work never gets you anywhere.... learning how these things work will give you your audio world.
