ASL Ki22 Fox. One channel dead

Ok, I need to do some debugging tonight.

I fired up by Ki22. It fires up great, and I biased the tubes both tubes. All the tubes lit up fine.

When I played I found the one channel was silent.

So this is what I did so far.

1.) I swapped all the tubes from one side to the other. The same side remained dead.
2.) I swapped the input cabled around, the same channels remained ded.
3.) I swapped the speaker cables, the other speaker played (IOW, the same channel relained dead.

So, one channel is a not playing nice.

Question, where do I start looking? Do I just start from the input and check the resistence and voltages by comparing the one channel to the other? Or maybe I check the tube voltages?

Anyway, any of you who do this often please let me know what the best approach is.

Thanks
Cleet.
