I don't know what you fed into PSUD, but 153 mA. is WAY low for a pair of those damper diodes.

Refer to the data sheet and notice 165 mA. DC O/P and that's for a single bottle. A critical current choke I/P filter has the pair of diodes operating in a 50% duty cycle. 350 mA. should be easy, as dampers can take a terrific beating under pulsed operating conditions.
