The problem here is that with -20 volts of bias and a low mu tube, the limit on your power output will be A2 grid cutoff on peaks on almost any usage. You will need a very heavy duty driver to cover that. The absolute best application of lower voltage 211/845 is from Tubelab (see link) . You can run this on 400 - 500 volts B+ with lower power compared to the 1000 in the schematic.
