Those are not paper in oil..Those are actually polyester and they are actually a very good sounding cap in the mix...Here is a similar number I had found but I have some of those caps as well.
Always remember that paper in oil caps always have the P in the model number of the American caps such as the VitQ or WestCap or Gudemans,etc.
BTW,there is a supply house on line selling those same caps you bought for 96 dollars each.Audio Note has a very expensive mylar in oil cap that is highly thought of and mylar is polyester but Dupont's trade name.
