I just bought four of these on eBay, because I like vintage PIO, and because of the general reputation of the West-Cap pio's. Then I found the Tube DIY Asylum thread "West cap capacitor identification please help" where it is suggested that West-cap CH09 caps use films. And another thread says that West-cap uses the designation CPO for oil. Does anyone have more knowledge to share about this? If they are definitely not oil caps, I can request a cancellation of the order. I have enough film caps, and don't have the time and interest to experiment with West-cap films. Thanks, David
