Rookie needs help please: wiring the Hammond 266M2 for CT (2.5V CT)

Hi all,

Have been using the 266M2 with the 1.25V secondaries in series and deriving my CT using the usual resistors/ humpot method. Now, I’d like to dispense with the resistors and humpot and use the transformer’s CT... without killing our cat (or me!).

Should I:
a) Wire in series, but connect the 1.25V – 0V series connection point to the top of the cathode, OR
b) Wire each of the 1.25V wires to a filament pin and connect both of the 0V wires to the top of the cathode circuit?

The transformer datasheet/ instructions don’t explicitly identify which wire is which. Am I correct in thinking that the yellow and blue wires are the 0V and the grey and red are 1.25V?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: added a more likely option?
