Actually, I made them, and it was dead easy. Unfortunately, after checking my account history at Digikey, Mouser and Allied and surfing the usual suspects, I'm at a loss where I got them originally.You might recall I was looking for some with screwdriver slots and had no luck.
I had a Eureka moment, realizing that there was enough meat on the knobs I couldn't turn by hand because of the proximity of the tubes to cut a groove.
I padded the vise and started the cut with the edge of a Rat Tail File, the hacksaw would all too easily slip and mark up the work. Finished the cut with the hacksaw (the file would have made too wide a channel at the depth).
Then, using my teeny grain painting artists brush, I dyed the aluminum with black aniline dye I have on hand. I imagine you could use ink or whatever.
