Ok... I might just have been a liittle too quick to asset Chinese 845M's..

So now I have my EML 2A3 meshies running at about 47ma's at 255 plate VDC and the 845M's running close to 580VDC on the plate and at about 80ma, ...I must take back the harsh assetment I gave earlier of my Chinese 845 Metal Plates.

My amp now has new vigor and definition. ... I like the way the Bass is so tight and responsive.,, The Mids are like human voices ringing clear and precise.... ( Not sure what a NOS 845 would do is this curcuit, but I'm totally happy with this.... And High Frequency resolve is very good........... Maybe those old Chinese Graphite plate 845 I've be running for a while are a lttle worn,... OK but not fresh..

I can't even put into words, the sense of realizm this amp has compared to my previous builds. .... But again I tell you the effort put into designing and building a sepaerate Left and Right "Modern Power supply" for the input / driver section and the same for to Output section,.. does wonders for this amp,...... this Can NOT be over stated.

I'm revisiting my 26 preamp and 6SN7 Phono amp again.... Back to Vinyl!!
