RE: Where does the current come from?

Isn't this why Morgan Jones recommends that the second choke in an LCLC filter should be much much lower in value than the first, where the first L is "critical"? He even provides a formula, I think (too lazy to drag out my copy), wherein one can calculate the optimal value of L2, but it has to do with the frequency at which the Lcrit choke becomes capacitative. This seems to be a good idea, yet almost everyone "up here" seems to use two equal value chokes in their real or hypothetical LCLC filters, LSES (where many "rules" are violated) notwithstanding.
