RE: Hey Jeff.

Tom,

NLA, sorry.

I smell 845s !!! :-)

Since 1984, I have been "saving" two very pretty looking RCA potted trannies, 0-355-390 VAC at 1.5 A. rated !!!, with a handy 0-115-120-125 primary. Rated 1,000 VDC. A dedicated plate transformer only, no Ef windings.

DCR is whopping low, measures about 4.75 Ohms, not a center tapped secondary. Footprint is 4.5 by 5.5 inches, height is 6.75 inches. Totally beautiful looking PTs, nice.

PM me (pricing will be attractive), and you Tom have first dibbs. Two available, (been hoarding them), my email address is above.

Another useful ultra low DCR alternative is a new Hammond 300 Classic series line up with a center tap. 6.2 Ohms DCR to the C/T, Model 379WX, using their lower 110 VAC primary taps in parallel. They will charge you real money I am afraid, its about 1 A. rated with end bells. PDF below, look it over too.

Jeff Medwin
