I have not tried octals in this circuit.
Using GE 5751 for V1,V2 and Phillips 6189W for the follower.
I have several boxes of 12AX-types, so I decided to try them out in this circuit.
I might add a gain stage on the output to make it a stand alone phono preamp.
Not sure what I will try, maybe 14AF7.
