RE: Oil coupling caps

The Jensens that I have the most experience with are in (silver-colored) aluminum cans with an orange-ish plastic covering.

Jensen now offers 4 case options: aluminum, paper, copper, and ceramic - I presume the aluminum is identical to the original, older ones.
Of the new offerings, I've only tried the paper version; it seemed a bit less "rounded-off" sounding vs aluminum, but that's not quite the same as saying it didn't have high frequency extension. I'm speaking more about a slight blunting of the leading edge, that was less noticeable with the paper cased ones.
