If I can't sell them as a group I'll send you Van der Bijl for free. It's not a particularly good copy, having been in a university library for over 70 years.

I'd guessed from the name that he, or at least his family, was from your neck of the woods. I've now found that he was a Seth Efriken whose family had been there from the 1600s.
