Parallel two different model power tubes for SE operation

192.54.144.229

Right now I am building an amp using KT90 and 300B (parallel) for power stage SE operation, both tube is around 700 ohm Rp (KT90 triode strapped)

To solve the amplification factor issue is easy because I can use a voltage divider on KT90 to match 300B.

What would you think this act? Sensible or not likely work ?

For me, I think the combination of two tubes should show another resultant curve (the triode transfer curve)which can be simply seem as a bigger power tube.

Or you think it is different from forming a bigger power tube because there are two Grids and two cathodes rather than just one single tube.

Can you share your idea.

Regards,

Eric
