This is an RCA passive RIAA circuit with a MOSFET output buffer?

Can the MOSFETs it be retrofitted to a 250V & 12.6 V regulated stage, if the PSU has current in reserve?

How long a cable could the FETs drive?

And, could the FETs be switched to line-source buffer duty?
