You posted your idea of what is happening and I posted mine. Let's see where the technically experienced line up.

I never said it didn't make a difference. Quite to the contrary I agreed and explained how electrically simply paralleling two triode section would produce the result you most likely heard.

Why must you continue to shroud this with voodoo. Sure to a layman, sending a signal through two tube sections would appear to split it and therefore you could end up with two different signals on top of each other. That sounds totally plausible to someone without any technical knowledge.

But those with understanding of electronics know that's not what is going on at all.
