OK, now I'm confused. The schematic for the Marantz 7C from the Marantz service manual (link below) shows one bridge rectifier for the filaments and a single diode (half wave) for the B+.
Maybe the first one that you already replaced is the single rectifier for the B+ and the one you are looking at now is the bridge?
In that case, a 100volt 4amp bridge should be fine.
