HenryI will restate my position again.
The output of the circuit is the plate.
The input is the grid.
Both are referenced to ground.
Feedback by definition says that the
output is fed back to the input.
The grid to ground signal is NOT affected
by signal on the cathode resistor therefore
nothing is being fed back so there is no feedback.
The BACK part means a previous point in the circuit.
The plate being the output is NOT fed back
to the input which is the grid and of course
both signals are referenced to ground.
It is at best a misnomer and at worst stupidity.
And people say it means more than that
but the word FEEDBACK speaks for itself.DanL
PS Both Vs and Rl are refenced to ground and
have nothing to do with the cathode resistor
in your drawing so I still don't see feedback.
