I see that you want to make a perfect replica of the Audio Note Ongaku, down to the turrets.
Last time I checked 99% of the resistors and capacitors have tinned copper leads. You want those parts to connect well with each other...and IMHO a silver turret is not the shortest path.
A turret is just a turret, a support, it allows one to get a firm contact between parts leads. You want the electricity to flow directly from part to part, not from a cap lead to a turret and then another solder joint to a resistor lead.
A few japanese DIYers make amps by cleaning/scraping the parts leads and twisting them together firmly (no turrets, 3-dimensional layout).
If the amp powers up and works perfectly with no solder, then they solder everything. (quoted from L'Audiophile, Jean Hiraga, circa 1987).
I do not recommend this approach for safety reasons, however the key to a good electrical connection is a good, clean and TIGHT mechanical joint before soldering. Using silver turrets will not make copper-leaded parts sound any better.
Have fun :)
