Hey FLACharlie,

Regardless of the chokes rated voltage, a choke input config would need a fair amount of current to keep the 2H choke about it's critcal inductance. Your result would probably be a noisy PS. Go out and find yourself a good low DCR 10H choke rated at around 200 mA. This will yield you more favorable results.
