The P in the beginning of the number in the sprague lineup always indicates a paper cap when its followed by a number 200 or less..It doesnt always mean oil but it is either wax or oil with paper.The 160p and 118p were also paper in wax and oil respectively with the latter having a mylar film mixed with it.
The later orange drops they put the P with a number of 500 and up indicating polypro or styrene.
No matter how stir the pot,you only get out as good as what goes in.Power supplies matter most.
