Tube DIY Asylum

I picked up a choke made by Chicago Transformer a while back with the following specs on it:

2.0 Hy at .5A DC at 10v 60~ Continuous Duty DCR 25 ohms max at 25 deg. C.

Would this be useful in a PS application? Or otherwise? The part that confuses me is the 10v 60~ rating.
