I have found the fault. Optional caps C11 and C12 are grounded via .1uf caps to the main ground. This created a ground loop between the filament and main PS. The caps were meant to equalize voltage between heater triods. I removed them and installed the B+ reference to the heater PS. The hum is gone but I now pick up a local radio station that is louder than the music.
