And the rest of us poor schmucks who have no access
to live unamplified music can only go by what
we have heard sometimes years before.
Also no tube equipment in my area also.
An audio desert over here - for sure.
I was at a piano dealership talking to a friend
and I heard some people trying out different pianos
when all of a sudden I stopped the conversation -
I said now that sounds like a really good piano -
It was a full sized Steinway Top-of-the-Line -
his response was "good ears".
This was from the next room too.
So I know good sound when I hear it.
