Make sure the input/output jacks are insulated from the chassis. If you do ground to the chassis, I suggest you make this breakable (via a switch or plug)so that the signal/power grounds can float up to the source ground if needed to reduce hum. Chassis should be tied to the AC power earth ground for safety.

I have not tried Broskie's boards yet, all my Aikido builds have been point to point. So can't say if there are any issues (I doubt it). I would just go over your assembly carefully, it is funny how a simple mistake or bad part can be overlooked and cause problems. I still have one PP2A3 amp that I have been trying to solve an intermittant noise issue on for months (however, not a grounding problem here, probably a bad component).
