hey-Hey!!!,
I'd suggest leaving out some pieces and heating the filaments with HF AC. No need to rectify it again for one. Also, given I've come to agreement with the reasons behind the CCS-based isolation the small coupling TX will do a very fine job at isolating the filaments from everything else.

Do a good job of rectifying the DC supply it will work from( in a forward conveter, open loop and;switching at 300 kHz on a 50% duty cycle ). Use good diodes and caps, and isolate it well from the rest of the amp.
