The units are internally consistent - if gm is in Siemens (amps per volt, aka mhos) then gm/(2*pi*f) is in units of amp-seconds per volt, i.e. Farads. In micromhos (micro Siemens) then microfarads. If mA/volt then milli-Farads which not a commonly used unit.
