How are you loading the 12SX7? The influence of that last PS cap will be somewhat determined by how you load the tube down (ccs will give you the best isolation here). Also, you might try something like a 15k:600 transforme instead of the 90k:10k. With the center tap on the 90k winding, I'm not sure it was meant to do what you're doing, but the specs on that transformer are a bit dubious (min freq. response 150hz-15k?)
