Hi.

I only suggest you to drop the idea of using SMPS to power the tube direct. Instead, I've done it the wiser way by using a SLA cell, chargeable with a SMPS.

I hate using irons as much as Op-amps. Tons of money spent on tons of iron dead weight still can't give you 100% zero rippling DC.

So why bother going the hard way? Don't follow the common wisdom!
