Here is what I use regularly and wopuld recomend.

HP200CD audio oscillator. I purchased this off of Ebay, mostly for nostalgic reasons (there are better\cheaper audio oscillators).

UTC BMI-1000 band pass filter. This is a very narrow band filter that is used to reduce the harmonic content of the HP200CD to undetectable levels.

HP3581A Wave Analyzer. Essentially a frequency selective voltmeter with digital frequency readout. Used for distortion measurements. Purchased off of Ebay.

HP180D scope mainframe. Purchased refurbished from Valuetronics.

HP1801A 50 MHz dual trace vertical and HP1812A time base. Both purchased from Ebay.

Variac and DMM.
