Isn't the cathode impedance in this case (Ra + Zpri)/mu, 14K/4.5, round to 3K ohms? The 470uF would give an fc of somwhere around 0.1 Hz... Hmm I guess a little low. A 20-50 uF film cap would be a lot nicer IMO.
