Sorry for the confusion Jeff, I have edited my post. I ment to say I rely on a $100.00 "Ideal" brand Multimeter for most all testing of this & that. I really don't have a budget persay on this as I will pick them up when I see em & if I have the $ at the time. Thanks J & G
