Jeff,

I expect you will do fine. You have taken a step to ease power on surges and the tolerance on filter caps. in the days of yore was -20% to +100%. Parts of current manufacture are definitely better behaved.

You can consider inserting a CL140 between the rectifier's cathode and the filter cap. stack. Tame the surge into a near short circuit, when B+ rise occurs, and the capacitance being fed can rise.
