Dude,

AFAIK, every ARC power amp ever made uses loop NFB. That means (within reason) just about anything decent will be OK, due to the homogenizing effect of loop NFB.

Orange Drop 716P series caps. have an Aluminum foil and polypropylene film construction. The leads are decent Copper, unlike the yucky steel found in 715P series ODs. The 716P series ODs include a 220 nF./630 WVDC part, which meets your needs.
