Hi.

It's not what you said in yr first post.

Now you tell us you listen to music "daily". Yet you said you don't have time to sit down "just listen to music". How can you enjoy yr music without sitting down quietly & listen attentively?

How can one enjoy one's meal without first sitting down?

Not to be more confusing, what is "active" & "passive" listening?

Why get 24-bit remastered? Get DVD-audio 24-bit 192KHz mastered stereo recordings, like Hodie & the like. It blows away CD big bigtime.
It is sound pretty natural & live that in some part it surpasses LPs.

Strictly speaking, home audio confines to reproduced or 'canned' music. It can't touch live performances, of course.
