I would go for either an E810F or D3A, they have much higher transconductance than the E180F, and transconductance is a very important part of a CF. I would run them at least 10mA maybe up to 20mA.

I personally would go with a real CCS as the load, as many know I'm personally very fond if the Gary Pimm MOSFET based CCS, but a simple pentode CCS would work very well here as well. Just use another one of your CF tubes as the CCS.

I would also go for the bipolar supply and direct connect the input. An interesting alternative is cap couple the input and DC couple the output, but that gets more complicated.
