hey-Hey!!!,
There are a few things to consider. First change I'd make is running a single filament TX for each of the finals, with its own hum pot. You'll be able to get it a lot quieter that way. Second would be use a long-tail-pair input stage/phase inverter. Something like a pair of EF184 or 12BY7.
