hey-Hey!!!,
I have not seen OPT rated (CT B+). For a PP TX the primary load is from end-to-end, or anode-to-anode.

What that really works out to depends on the amps operation class. For example a circuit running class A, each tube sees half the a-a load, and in an AB design, once one tube cuts off, the remaining tube with its increasing grid1-cathode voltage will see 1/4 of the a-a load. The cut off tube is not in the circuit anymore.
