Novice Tube testor question

I have a B+K 607 tube testor that I use now and then, and it generally seems to work well. It has not been calibrated in some time though, so I'm going on blind faith mostly that it's acurate. Recently when testing a 12AU7 I came to wonder if it's right. The Tube tested as "questionable" (ie in the yellow? area between good and bad). So looking for a replacement for the ? tube I dug out some more 12au7s I had - 2 of them new. They test the same "questionable".

Questions:
1) is this unusual for a amature testor to give bous readings?

2) Does anyone know how to calibrate a B&K 607 testor? Is it something that can be done DIY?

thanks in advance!
