If you're trying to suppress the oscillation, I've done it after purchasing and peering inside a TV-7D. You simply unhook the lead wires and add a ferrite bead at every end connection. Remember that the wires jump from socket to socket, so while it isn't difficult it is very tedious, and very tight (at least for my grubby little fat fingers). Get some extra wire because they followed military soldering manual very strictly: one complete wrap of the bare end around each terminal. Towards the end I got tired of trying to save all those color coded wire and simply replaced strand at a time using new wire.
