Hi.

Theoretically, lower the O/P Z, more O/P voltage you will get from the upstream programme source.

But you don't have to add an active buffer or a interstage iron to get down to so low value.

You got to know more electroncs in the signal path only kill the music.
Don't add them on unless it is absolutely necessary. Passive is always better than active devices. Your ears can tell the difference.
