You won't re-list for "free" per se...

You pay 2 fees when you list/sell an item, the listing fee (LF), and then the final value fee (FVF) charged immediately after any auction with a bid ends. The FVF is a % of the sold amount. You can get the FVF back from a non-paying bidder issue, but the listing fee is never refunded under any circumstances (listing on eBay is considered a risk...by eBay)... If your starting price was $500 or more, the listing fee was $4 and unfortunately unrecoverable...
