Tube DIY Asylum

Just a thought about using lead foil to help block transformer fields. I was thinking of wrapping some around the L's in my next amp project to help block their fields...(they'll be mounted under the chassis and out of site)....has anyone ever done this before?

I am aware of proper tranny placement, blah, blah, blah...

Just looking for some input on this is all...anything to help cut down on the things we don't want...
