Hi Pete,
This is interesting as we sell the Kiwame from Triode Co. I was also in Tokyo Akihabara last Thursday morning and, after reading your post, was checking around. I found two shops selling them for 40y for the 1w and 150y for the 5w (about $0.40/1.50USD). 4 cents pc was a bargain.
Interesting scene in Japan.
