I consider them to be junk - maybe they measure like a real EL509/519 but they are NO WAY as rugged or reliable. The pins are too small in diameter to fit in regular octal sockets without making intermittent contact which means BOOM BOOM if you try to run them anywhere near the real tubes spec.
Also their data sheet is pitiful, they've just copied a small part of the original Philips data sheet, but given you NO data for audio use, which can be the the only reason for making this tube as an cap less octal.
The screen V rating is given as 700VDC, maybe with the tube off, but Tim deParavincini , who has used EL509/519s in audio for 30 years at EAR, says the highest you can safely run the screen is 150V and after my experiences I would tend to agree with him!
Use the real ones.
